RvS Grand Summer Dressage Grand Prix 2015 EXTENDED

Ladies and Gentlemen!

Hello and welcome to the Grand Summer Dressage Grand Prix 2015 on the grounds of Riverine Stables! The weather is hot, the sun is shining and we are all in very good mood (what might not least be the liqueur's fault). 
There are amazing prices to win and afterwards there is even more liqueur to celebrate your victim...

.:General Informations:.

• It will be really hot outside. It will be 32°C // 89.6°F hot.
• Horses need prior show experience (at least one event in a higher level class)
• This is a Grand Prix level dressage, please look at the bottom for allowed movements
• This event is effort based! There are some possibilities to earn some extra points, see bottom.
• Because of the weather being really hot, there will be insects and all that annoying stuff everywhere. See title "point system" for more information.

.:Arena, Weather, Movements,Tack:.

• Arena
This event will be held at the outside arena of Riverine Stables, looking like this (ONLY the sand and the fences): Click here
On the short end of the arena there is a judge cottage like this: Click here . Two judges will sit in the cottage, and there will be a small ventilator to cool them up.
Around the sand arena there is the standing room for the spectators, in the very background you can see the warming up sand arena (if shown on picture, you can create it how ever you want to). For the visitors there will be ale-benches with big parasols to protect them from sun, they get iced drinks and some food. Horses might spook because of the parasols.

• Weather
The sun will shine bright all day, and the event will last all day long. No clouds will be seen in the sky. In the late afternoon/early evening, at sunset time, the lap of honor will be held (so please do not draw sunset pictures).

• Movements
Horses have to show Grand Prix movements, as following:

Counter Canter
Turn on the forehand/Turn of the hauncheshere
Shoulder-In
Half-Pass
Flying Change
Pirouette
Piaffe
Extended Trot
Extended Canter
Collected Trot
Salute

• Tack
The rider has to wear a black or dark blue jacket, white trousers as well as white hand shoes, black or brown boots and a black or dark blue hat.

The horse has to wear a white saddle pad (stable logo/emblem may be shown), brown or black tack and a double bridle. We recommend ear protection for your horse because of all the insects [no responsibility]. Ear protection may be any color. Bandages and any other leg/hoof protection is not allowed!

Correct Tack: +5 pts
Correct Movement: +5 pts
Shading/Details: 0-10 pts
Pose/Creativity: 0-5 pts

• Rider
Correct clothes: +2 pts
Shading/Details: 0-10 pts

• Background
Correct background: +5 pts
Details in BG (like drinks on the ale-benches, lots of spectators, ...): 0-10 pts

• How to earn extra points
You can earn extra points if you add following details to your picture:
- Insects (wasps, horseflys ...) +1
- Ventilator in the judge's cottage +1
- Food and drinks for the spectators +1
- 3+ spectators +1
- Show your horse sweating [like here or here) +2
- Show at least 1 other horse in the warming up arena (must be a participating horse!) +2

Other ways to earn extra points:
- advertise this event +2
- donate a price (ribbons, points, drawings, designs, ... please NO breed donations! [if you want to donate me c:]) +1 per donated price (max of 2)
